Return Process

  Contact our support team at support@sovol3d.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific warehouse address for your region.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging including all tools and SD cards, then ship the package using a trackable courier service.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the hardware for completeness, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
